Enjoyed another week of good food and healthy living. Eating lots of seeds at the moment and drinking some good coffee!

Also went skiing last night in preparation for my ski holiday with the lads! Had a great time and can’t wait to go!
Forgot to put cheese in my salad today so the only obvious option I could think of was to put in some quavers!
