Just made a banana bread cake with banana, buckwheat, pumpkin, chia and sunflower seeds and a bit of honey. Bloody tasty too!

Last night I slow cooked a big stew with my mates and we drank lots of wine. Healthy evening bar the wine. This morning I went and did a flexibility class at the gym. I can really tell that I haven’t been in a while! Loved it though!

Today I’ve had a hospital check up on my broken hand. Apparently the bone is healing back together nicely although I can still see a big fracture through my 2nd and 3rd metacarpal. Just got home and watching a bit of ufc before training with my home made oatmeal snack with a buttery coffee!

A bit of a twist on the @deliciouslyella baked banana, blueberry and raisin oatmeal, with apple and grapes. All prepared last night and baked first thing this morning!
