Last mma sparring rounds tonight before my fight next Saturday. I have taken good and bad point from it and feeling positive. A few more sessions left but tapering everything off now (bar conditioning Saturday, which will be the toughest yet) and just got to worry about making weight and then everything is cool. Just looking forward to stepping in there, enjoying the competition and walking away with another win (PMA)

Been skateboarding today for the first time in a couple of years. Really enjoyed getting back on the bored, mixing it up!

Trained in the gi tonight. Don’t get to do it very often so really enjoyed it, even thought it’s not 100% helpful to having a mixed martial arts competition in 2 weeks time, it’s really enjoyable go mix it up and become a beginner again, and that’s what it’s all about, enjoyment. It has to be taken seriously as no one wants to be knocked or tapped out etc in front of lots of people, that’s the ego and competition within us. But if you’re not enjoying the training, there isn’t any point to any of it.

Wrapping hands before my last fight. The closer I get to my upcoming fight, the more things I keep thinking about, reminding me of the last. All of the emotions, before, during and after. It’s an overwhelming feeling. One I’m looking forward to, and feeling nervous about going into again.
